Services

We provide premium services to retailers and manufacturers of all sizes. We are equipped to deliver any product, including all major appliances, plasma televisions, furniture, high-end electronics and much more.

Our staff is professionally trained and certified to do installations for all major appliances including Viking and Miele, plasma televisions, and we are fully insured. Products can be shipped directly to our warehouse or picked up from any warehouse, distribution center, buying group, or store location in the Tri-State area.

We understand the importance of timeliness and communication, which is why our customer service center is available to all of its vendors as well as their customers, during normal to extended business hours.

We offer white glove delivery at no extra charge, and insure that the highest standards are followed when using our service.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Any extra service that is requested by a customer, that is not written on the   delivery ticket, is subject to a fee.
  1. We reserve the right to refuse service for work that is not disclosed to us before the time of the delivery.
  • Any damage to merchandise must be reported at the time of the inspection, during the delivery.
  • Any damage to personal property must be reported at the time of the delivery, and written on the Delivery ticket.
  1. All customers will be called within 24 hours of the delivery to schedule the delivery time.
  1. Any customers that confirm a delivery time and are not home when our drivers arrive, are subject to a redelivery charge.
  • Any customer that rejects a piece of merchandise due to a reason other then damage or the merchandise is not the model # that they ordered, they will be charged for delivery and return of that piece.
